CANCELLATION POLICY

At Your Tantric Journey, time is reserved specifically for each client. This policy ensures respect for both your time and ours.
Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable

Deposits secure your scheduled time and commitment

Cancellation Fees
Once a session is confirmed:

More than 48 hours' notice:
30% of the session fee -
Within 48 hours:
50% of the session fee -
Within 24 hours or same-day cancellation:
100% of the session fee is required

No-Shows
-
No-shows are considered a full cancellation

Full payment is required

Future bookings will not be accepted

Rescheduling

Rescheduling requests follow the same time-based structure above

Late reschedules are treated as cancellations

Emergencies
Emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis at our discretion. Documentation may be required.

Respect for Time
Your appointment time is held exclusively for you.
Repeated cancellations, delays, or disregard for policy may result in:

Refusal of future bookings

Permanent removal as a client​
