Change the Pattern, Not Just the Problem 12 Sessions for $4,200. Each session is for 1 hr, once a week for 3 months. Sometimes the thing happening in your life right now is only the micro—the part you can see. The relationship struggle. The lack of intimacy. The decision you cannot seem to make. The pattern you keep repeating. The feeling that something needs to change, even when you cannot quite identify what it is. Coaching gives us the space to zoom in. Then we zoom out. Because your relationships do not exist separately from your beliefs, your beliefs do not exist separately from your experiences. Your emotional health does not exist separately from your physical body. Your sexuality, confidence, boundaries, communication, purpose, and sense of self are interconnected. A foundation is never built on one thing. Neither are you. My 5, 12, and 24 session coaching packages allow us to work beyond the immediate problem and begin uncovering what lies beneath it. Five sessions can reveal the pattern. Twelve sessions can begin changing the pattern. Twenty-four sessions give us the space to build something different in its place.
