Service Description
This private 1-hour phone consultation is an opportunity to explore your goals, intentions, readiness, and expectations for Tantra Mentorship. We will discuss what draws you to Mentorship, where you are in your life today, and what you hope to cultivate, deepen, or transform through our work together. The consultation is required before acceptance into either the 6-month or 1-year Tantra Mentorship and allows us to determine whether the Mentorship and our work together are a good fit. Booking a consultation does not guarantee acceptance into the Mentorship. If accepted, we will discuss the appropriate Mentorship path and next steps for enrollment.
Cancellation Policy
The One-Year Private Mentorship is a highly personalized professional experience. Enrollment requires active participation, respectful communication, and adherence to established professional boundaries. Enrollment is by approval only and requires completion of the Mentorship intake and consultation process before purchase. Scheduling & Availability Sessions and Mentorship experiences are arranged according to mutual availability and the program structure. Enrollment does not provide unlimited or on-demand access or guarantee a particular appointment date or time. Participants are responsible for scheduling and utilizing opportunities during the Mentorship period. Unused time or opportunities do not extend beyond the one-year term. Communication & Access Communication must remain within the methods, hours, and boundaries established for the Mentorship. Response times may vary based on business hours and availability. Enrollment does not provide 24/7 access or guarantee immediate responses. Card on File A valid payment card may be securely kept on file when booking online, as permitted by the applicable payment provider. Rescheduling & Missed Sessions Reasonable notice is expected when an appointment must be changed. Repeated cancellations, missed appointments, or failure to participate may affect your ability to fully utilize the Mentorship. Missed or unused opportunities do not extend the Mentorship term unless agreed to in writing. Participation & Responsibility Participants are responsible for their engagement, decisions, actions, and implementation. The Mentorship provides guidance, education, experiences, perspective, and support; individual outcomes are not guaranteed. Professional Conduct Respectful communication and professional boundaries are required. Harassment, threats, abusive conduct, fraud, or serious or repeated boundary violations may result in termination of participation. Privacy Personal information shared during the Mentorship is treated with professional discretion and respect for privacy, subject to applicable law and safety obligations. Program Administration Scheduling, sequencing, activities, or delivery of Mentorship components may be reasonably adjusted when necessary while maintaining the overall purpose of the program. Participation constitutes acceptance of this Program Policy, the Plan Terms & Conditions, and applicable Your Tantric Journey website policies.
